MY SECRET FOR STUDYING

Have you ever asked yourself what is the difference beetwen great and not so great students?

A lot of people think that good students are nerds who spend their days behind books studying. It is a fact that nerds exist BUT today I am writing this blog to tell you MY SECRET. 

Yes, that`s wright, I am an excelent student with scholarship and the best social life, friends and I DON`T waste all day every day studying.

1. MAKE GOOD NOTES AND BE PRESENT
- You have to go to school, why wouldn`t you than at least listen and make good notes? This will save you so much time with studying. You may think that it doesn´t matter becouse you forget it anyway but you are wrong. I swear to you that it makes a huge difference. I am also planning to soon make a blog how to do great notes in class.

2. DO THE EXTRA WORK
- If your teacher ever gives you chance to do something for + of whatever please DO IT. I know it seems like unnecessary work but it will help you to at least look at your books. And the teacher will like you. You don´t have to kiss his or her ass, if you will show that you care and that you are trying the teacher will always look at you different.

3. START STUDYING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE
- Fact is that most of students start studying the last day before the exam. I was also one of them, but then I changed that and now I rock every exam. One of my teachers once told me that we forget half of new knowledge to another day. That`s why you have to start earlier.

4. MEMORIZATION

     1. day: I read everything and I try to imagine it like a story, this really helps me to remember a lot of information. I do this twice a day. All together it takes me about 2 hours.

    2. day: I read evrything once more but then I try to describe it myself and again memorize it with storys. Realy good trick is to do graphical models and then go over just with looking at it.

   3. day: I repite the 2. day but now I try to tell in all just by myself.

- Very important is to undestand what you are learning. I know it seems very logicly but we often do the opposite.
- Graphical models really help to memorize big amount, if I have to learn out of a book I do one graphical model for every unit. But you have to keep it simple, don`t just rewrite evrything. You have to write out most important words... KEEP IT SIMPLE!
